As of January 2014, no cash refunds will be issued on workshop tickets. With at least 72 hours notice (please give more if you can!) we will happily refund your workshop ticket for store credit, which may be applied to merchandise or future workshops. With less than 72 hours notice we can issue credit ONLY if we’re able to fill your seat from a waiting list. No refunds (cash, credit, or otherwise) will be issued if you just no-show, no matter how good your story. This is because we still have to pay the instructor the same amount as if you’d been there. Sorry. The good news is that ALL tickets ARE 100% transferable at any time – just phone us at 604-568-7675 and tell us your name and who will be coming in your stead.
